How do I register a channel?
Registering a channel is a simple process, and just like registering your nick, is completely free. The first thing you need to is make sure you have registered nick. Second make sure you are identified to NickServ. If you haven’t, find out how to register or identify your nickname click HERE.

Once you are sure that your nickname is registered, and you have identified, join the channel you want to register by typing /join #channel (replacing #channel with the one you want to register).

Next make sure you have operator status in the channel (@ next to your name). Finally, input this command:

/cs register #channel password description

Replacing ‘#channel’ with the channel you want to register (the one you just joined), replacing ‘password’ with a unique password of your choosing that can be used to identify yourself or a channel co-founder to ChanServ (If ever required). Replace ‘description’ with a few words that best describes what the channel is about. If you see the channel set mode to +r and +q, your channel is registered!

Congratulations, you have just registered your channel!

How do I set multiple owners in my channel?
If you want to have multiple owners in your channel, you will need to use the Access levels system instead of the xOP system. To disable xOP, type /cs set #channel xop off

To set an additional owner, you can either type /cs access #channel add nick 9999 or !access add nick 9999

Please note that you must continue to use the Access levels system as long as you have multiple owners in your channel. You can use the same commands as above, substituting a different access level number for the status you would like to give a person. The level numbers are as follows:

Voice   =  3
Hop =  4
Aop =  5
Sop =  10
Owner   =  9999
